How long does shipping take for instruments?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger items like digital pianos or drum kits, we use specialist couriers to ensure safe delivery which may take up to 7 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all new instruments come with at least a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Many of our premium brands offer extended warranties upon registration.
Can I return an instrument if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Instruments must be returned in their original packaging and in 'as-new' condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items like mouthpieces and reeds cannot be returned once opened.
