Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Normans

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at a designated carrier location, or arrange for a collection if your item is oversized.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
